1. Who we are
This site is operated by ANTONIADIS IOANNIS-HARALAMPOS PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, trading as Ormelia. Full identification data is set out in section 9 below.
2. Scope
These terms govern the sale of products through ormelia.ro to consumers in Romania. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
3. Products
We sell ATHOS extra virgin olive oil and Greek table olives. Product photographs are illustrative; laboratory figures shown on product pages come from independent analyses and are stated per lot.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in RON and are final prices per unit. Not VAT-registered. Displayed prices are final prices. Delivery is charged separately at 25 RON, and is free on orders over 399 RON. We reserve the right to change prices; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it.
5. Placing an order
An order becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, or if we cannot verify the contact details provided.
6. Payment
Payment is cash on delivery. No card or bank details are collected on this site.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes may be referred to ANPC · SAL or the European ODR platform.
11. Customer reviews
Reviews shown on this site are written by real customers. Every review is read before publication in order to remove messages that are unrelated to the product or abusive; we do not edit the content of a review and we do not selectively publish only favourable ones — we publish critical reviews too. We never write, commission or reward reviews. The «verified purchase» label appears only where we were able to check the review against a real order.
