1. Delivery area
We deliver by courier throughout Romania. For deliveries outside the country, or for wholesale and foodservice orders, please write to contact@ormelia.ro.

3. Delivery time
You will receive a confirmation email with your order code immediately after placing the order, and the courier will call you before delivery. For that reason a phone number is required at checkout.
- Processing: 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
- Transport: generally 1–3 working days from dispatch.
4. Payment methods
We currently accept cash on delivery only — in cash, to the courier, at the moment of delivery. We do not request, process or store bank card details on this site.
5. Receiving your parcel
We recommend checking the parcel in the courier's presence. If the packaging is visibly damaged you may refuse the parcel or ask for a damage report to be drawn up. You can write to us at any time at contact@ormelia.ro, attaching photographs.
6. Undelivered or refused orders
If a parcel is returned because the recipient could not be contacted or unjustifiably refused delivery, we may ask you to cover the return shipping cost for any re-dispatch.
7. Storing the products
- Olive oil: in a cool, dark place, away from direct light and heat. Close the bottle well after use.
- Olives: keep in their own brine; refrigerate after opening.
